Mishti Doi

Mishti Doi or Mishti Dahi (Bengali) or Mitha Dahi (Oriya) translate as sweet dahi or sweet yogurt. This type of dahi is common in the states of Orissa and West Bengal in India, and in Bangladesh. It is made with milk, and sugar while also using yogurt and curd. [1]
