Contracting Authority is seeking proposals for Joint Small Projects Fund Romania
/ Bulgaria 2004 in the border region – Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt, Teleorman, Giurgiu,
Calarasi and Constanta with financial assistance from the 2004 Phare CBC
Programme Romania-Bulgaria of the European Communities.
