Otherwise, the unit can produce timber, friezes, blanks, beech wooden panels joint in teeth and other joint elements and products.
“The Section for Wood Industrialisation” in Toplet has a debiting house equipped with a band saw, PRIMULTINI mark, with a wood processing capacity of 40-50 m^3 log per shift. The equipment has an automated device for log fueling, and the timber transport and evacuation is done by a transporting system on wheels and rolls. The house has exhausting equipments.
The blanks house has an installed power of approx. 300 KW and a production capacity of 8 m^3 blanks/shift (8 h) and has exhausting equipments.
The panels house, created as a modern construction, with exterior closings (walls and roof) with isolating metal panels, sandwich type, has an installed power of approx. 5 m^3 panels/shift. This house too has exhausting equipments. The house heating is done by 12 aerothermes WolfLH 25 – 2 – 20 KW.
The thermal power station with a 2.5 T/H boiler works with wood and sawdust wastes, having an installed power of 50 KW. This also serves a 4 chambers steamer with an installed capacity of 30 m^3/8 h.
For the drying of the wood the debtor society has in its patrimony two drying equipments, SECAL type, each with a drying chamber of 35 mc., SECOMP type, 80 MODEL RPL 8572.
Also at this bias point there are 3 driers with a capacity of 100 – 105 m^3, model 3EP1 125.72, complete with control automatons PLUS 200, acquisitioned from the company SECAL ADVANCED DRYING TEHNOLOGY S.R.L. - Italy, driers that are property of B.R.D..
The creditor B.R.D. also owns at this bias point a shearing machine SL – 60 DIEHL, a polishing machine TIMESAVERS and an assembling machine (a press) Taylor, assets that will be capitalized together with those of the debtor, at the same auction term, by the bank executor.
The unit disposes of a shed for loading, sorting, material storage, storehouses and a machine workshop.
The access to the housing unit can either be done on the road, on the National Road DN6, or on their own railroad, which is in the neighborhood of the CFR station, in Toplet.

The ownership over the land is established by the ownership certificate series MO3, no. 4145, MO3 – 4146 and MO3 – 4149. The housing unit is identified by no. C.F. 2527 and cadastre no. 407/2 – 423/A – 423/B – 424/A/2 – 424/B/2 – 425/2 – 426/2.
