Black needed to respond to my novelty on move ten with ...Ne5. 10...Bd7 severely limited his counterplay in the center. I spent great deal of time on my 18th move, easily rejecting 18.Bxa7 but 18.Bxe5 was very tempting. The combination at the end of the game is mostly for show since there are other wins available.
