U. S. CORRESPONDENCE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIPS

4 April 2002

It's time to start the next USCCC! This bi-annual tournament is recognized by all major U. S. Chess organizations and all other countries as our national correspondence chess championship. This tournament is comprised of master and expert players and is serious correspondence chess at its finest. The 16th postal tournament will start this summer. The 2nd Email USCCC will start after the first of the year..

The requirements for entry are:

  • APCT, CCLA or USCF membership
  • Minimum rating: correspondence 2000 or OTB 2100
  • Must be U. S. citizen or permanent resident

The preliminary rounds will have up to 15 players per section carefully balanced by rating. Section winners will advance to the Final Round. Also seeded in the final round are designated champions of USPCF organizations and recent U. S. Champions.

Crosstables will be carried at The Campbell Report. Check out this site for results for recently completed and unfinished USCCC's.

The winner will receive a beautiful Championship Trophy and one of the US places in the semifinals of the World Correspondence Chess Championship.
