You only need DeepSjeng.exe which can be found under the ..\engines\DeepSjeng1.0 directory

Can I use the original opening book for Sjeng (Sjenk.bk) under the Chessbase GUI?
The Sjeng.bk book is a ChessPartner GUI book. For playing under the ChessBase GUI, simply use a ChessBase GUI book.

Can I use the different personality for Deep Sjeng UCI under the Chessbase GUI?
The UCI support of the Chessbase GUI's is rather buggy and does not directly support this. This has been reported to Chessbase both by us and other customers. In the mean time a workaround can be found here...

When I want Deep Sjeng install in Shredder6 Classic as UCI-Engine and I get the message: "This is not a UCI-Engine". ?
First of all you cannot just copy the DeepSjeng.exe to another PC. you must use the installer to fully install the Deep Sjeng package. This is to verify the proper license code. Once properly installed you can move the DeepSjeng.exe around on the same PC.
It should work fine in Shredder 6 classic.

What's this Load Brain, Store Brain?
You cannot turn it on, they're buttons. Store Brain saves the hashtables to disk, Load Brain loads them in again (you must not change the hash size when doing this).
The idea is that if you are doing a deep positional analysis and need to stop the engine for whatever reason, you can 'Save Brain', quit Deep Sjeng, and later on load it up again and 'Load Brain'.
It is probably only interesting to correspondence chess players.
