My questions are these: 1. What does this have to do with Parcel 52? 2. Considering Mr. Kendall's statements regarding a budget short-fall this year; why do this now? 3. Mr.Kendall made a very strong statement in his state of the county press release boasting that all that was done (Food pantry, EMS building, Beach) required no debt to the county. He evidentally has a philosophical problem with using debt as a tool. Is debt now OK in his mind as long as it makes him look good? 4. I agree with the control issue. Please correct me as my memory is sometimes selective. Didn't Mr. Kendall start the legal stuff well in advance of the grading/paving issue? I remember parts of his story being questionable land transactions at the "park". I have it under pretty good authority that the paving work was very inferior. I looked it over myself and was embarrssed at what I saw. What serious investor/employer would be impressed? I surely would not. I still believe we have two sets of vipers in this quarrel.
