ChessBase Light can convert files to "Random Training" mode: it will present random games / positions from the file each time.  This is an extremely useful way to use the "1001 Winning Sacrifices and Combinations" file.  Here's how you do it:

1) Run CBLight.
2) Click on the "File" menu and select "Add to Window" and choose "New Database."
3) Navigate to the folder where you keep the "1001" file and select it.  An icon for this file should now appear in the main database window.
4) Right-click on the icon and select "Properties."
5) Click the "Training" button.  A new dialog box will appear.  In that dialog box, check the "Random Training" box and click "OK."
6) Click "OK" in the "Properties" dialog box.
7) Right-click the icon again and select "Convert to New Format."
8) If it asks you whether or not you want to delete the old database file, you can click "Yes," but only if you're not going to want to use the file in its original (non-randomized) form.

You should be all set!  Each time you use the file, you should be presented with a random problem.  Have fun!
