Battletech: The Crescent Hawk's Revenge (Infocom, 1991)

The sequel to Battletech: The Crescent Hawk's Inception, Battletech: The Crescent Hawk's Revenge picks up a short time after that game left off. Since this game was made after the demise of the original Infocom, it is much different in scope and atmosphere from the first, being much more strategic and tactical than role-play oriented. However, it works well in this game, since that is the feeling that the Battletech board game gets across as well. The story isn't as good as in the previous game, but still flows and develops as the game progresses, although it can take drastic turns if you make one too many mistakes, so you need to be careful what you do. If you're into tactical games, but still want a hint of role-playing, this would probably be a good game to try out.
