PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Wholesale Chess always attempts to be as accurate as possible when
describing products. However, Wholesale Chess does not warrant that
product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you receive a product
from Wholesale Chess or wholesalechess.com and you believe it is
not as described, you may return subject to our Return Policy.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Almost all product images on wholesalechess.com are actual pictures taken
by Wholesale Chess of the actual image being sold. Images may be
adjusted for the sole purpose of enhancing image quality but will
never be manipulated to change the appearance of the product. In
all cases the images shown on a product page are for display only
and do not constitute a description of the item that will be received.
Often times additional products will be displayed to show the context
of an item. Please read the product description carefully to fully
understand the contents and attributes of an item.
COLORS
Many of the products on the Wholesale Chess website are colored
(print or fabric or materials). Due to differences in monitors,
video cards, and visual perception Wholesale Chess cannot guarantee
any colors. If you are not happy with the color of your item you
may return it subject to our Return Policy.
AVAILABILITY
Wholesale Chess continually updates the availability of products.
However, availability may change at any time and is subject to change
without notice. If you place an order and a product is not available
then a representative will contact you to inform you of the situation
and try to meet your needs. Wholesale Chess will not process your
order (including charging your credit card) if an item is not immediately
available. International customers: Any items on backorder, will delay
shipment
until the complete order can be fulfilled.
WARRANTIES
Wholesale Chess provides at least a 1-year warranty on most products we sell
except where noted in the product description. Unless specified
elsewhere, all warranties cover product quality and craftsmanship
only and do not cover abuse, neglect, and damages caused by any
other person or incident. Wholesale Chess offers the following additional
warranties that are applicable only to products that are specifically
noted in their product descriptions:
EXTENDED TIME WARRANTY - Wholesale Chess may extend a products warranty for any specified amount of time, including a lifetime guarantee. This warranty covers only product quality and craftsmanship and does not cover abuse, neglect, and damages caused by any other person or incident.
MISSING PIECE GUARANTEE - Wholesale Chess will replace any missing pieces from selected sets (purchased separately or in any combo) up to 6 pieces per set for the life of the set. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will charge a nominal shipping fee for missing piece replacements. Wholesale Chess retains the right to refuse this service to anyone suspected of abusing this guarantee, INCLUDING THOSE ASKING FOR MULTIPLE QUEENS. (Please don't ask us to sell you extra Queens for a set that does not come with extra queens!) We offer this guarantee because we understand that people (especially kids!) lose chess pieces on occasion and having a few missing pieces is as good as missing a whole set. Customers may incur associated shipping costs, due to increasing shipping rates. Please contact us if you have any questions about this guarantee.

PRICING POLICY
Wholesale Chess aims to provide the absolute lowest price on every single item we sell. We use a scaled pricing structure so that we can offer better pricing for greater quantity. We do not have special pricing for schools, community centers or churches, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions about our prices or pricing policy.

PRICING STRUCTURE
Wholesale Chess uses a scaled price structure that offers lower
prices for higher quantity. We do this to make chess equipment more affordable for clubs, organizations, and individuals.
THE PRICE TABLE
Wholesale Chess uses a price table to show you our prices based
on quantity. The number in the shaded cells above is the minimum
quantity necessary to qualify for the price shown directly below.
In the example table below, 3 units would cost $11.95 each while
4 units would cost $10.95 each. If you need additional help understand

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE
Wholesale Chess will always match or beat anyone's* prices! We strive to
stay as competitive as possible with our published prices, but if
you find a better price out there, don't worry - we will match it. We also offer
extra discounts for quantities greater than the published quantities! Still, there are some situtations where other chess dealers are offered special promotions or deals from manufacturers which lets them sell at below our cost. We will not be able to match prices on those items. Also, some dealers sell merchandise at prices not approved by manufacturers. We will not upset our vendors and manufacturers by selling those items at those prices.
* We will only match prices with any legitimate US chess store on the internet. Make sure you are matching prices with the same item at both stores. We will not match prices with any online auction sites including eBay. We also will not match prices from individual sellers on any site. (I.e., Alibris, etc.) Please be accurate as we verify all price matching information before sending out your order. Wholesale Chess reserves the right and must be able to purchase the product at the advertised price on the competitor’s website. To be eligible for pricematching items must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Wholesale Chess and the competitor’s website. If you use the pricematch feature on items that Wholesale Chess ships for free, those items will not be eligible for free shipping. Entering incorrect information will delay your order. If for any reason we cannot process your order we will contact you to let you know.
PRICE MATCH
Wholesale Chess will match prices on any item that shows the Price Match information on the web page. To match prices on that item simply click the link and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter the store name, the URL of where you saw the price (or any other relevant information). You can then fill in the quantity of items you want along with the price for us to match. Then you will be taken to the shopping cart where the updated prices are shown. Please be accurate as any mistakes or wrong information will delay your order. If you use the pricematch feature on items that Wholesale Chess ships for free, those items will not be eligible for free shipping.

CUSTOM PRICING
Wholesale Chess reserves the right to change its prices for any
customer at any time. We may lower prices based on overall volume
or other special circumstances.
CONFIRMING PRICES
The most recent pricing for all items will be shown in the shopping
cart when you check out.
RETURN POLICY
Wholesale Chess wants you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there are circumstances that warrant a return. Please read the following terms carefully.
RETURNS
You may return any product, excluding opened software, DVDs, videos and items sold in plastic clamshell packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. Opened software, DVDs or videos may only be exchanged for the same item. Returned items must be received by Wholesale Chess in new, resalable condition with all boxes, parts, instruction booklets and manuals. All approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price of the unit unless a restocking fee has been assessed.
However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping or handling
charges. If Wholesale Chess shipped the item(s) to you at no cost (Free Shipping) and you return that item(s) for a refund, the original shipping costs incurred by Wholesale Chess will be deducted from your return amount. We will cover the cost of the return shipping only when we send the same item as a replacement. Items that are
returned and are non-saleable due to use, damage or missing parts will not be accepted
and will be returned to sender.
Wholesale Chess reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee if needed.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The following information must be included with your return. Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number and Reason for Return. If you return an item to us and your return does not meet our return policies, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact us if you have any questions before returning an item.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to Wholesale Chess within 30 days. If items were damaged in transit, Wholesale Chess will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for the damaged items and will send out a replacement item with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Please retain the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. You account will be charged for the replacement item and then you will receive a credit for the defective item once it has been received by Wholesale Chess.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
If an item is covered under a manufacture's warranty and needs to be repaired or replaced after 30 days, simply ship the item back to us and we will act as your agent with the manufacture to get your item repaired or replaced. The manufacture is solely responsible for determining if your item qualifies for warranty coverage. You are responsible for the shipping charges to get the item back to Wholesale Chess. We strongly suggest you use an insured, trackable shipping method. Wholesale Chess will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Once the item has been repaired or replaced by the manufacture, Wholesale Chess will ship the item back to you.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to Wholesale Chess by UPS or USPS for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS
Wholesale Chess cannot accept returns of any software products, DVDs or videos except
for replacement. No exceptions. Also, we cannot accept returns on items which are sold in plastic clam shells that have been opened. Please do not expect Wholesale Chess to be your computer technician. We sell the software, but the software companies do their own support. Please contact them for help.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
Wholesale Chess will process your refund as soon as possible, but
please allow up to 2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We cannot be
responsible for delays caused by the mail or by your credit card
company. Wholesale Chess will refund you in the same manner in which
you paid - by credit card or by check. If you have not received your refund
after 2 weeks, please contact us.
SHIPPING POLICY
Wholesale Chess uses UPS, a trusted shipping company, to get our products to you. We also use the United States Postal Service. :) Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.
FREIGHT SERVICES
Wholesale Chess uses UPS for the majority of all shipments, large
and small. We offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day, and Next Day services.
We also offer United States Postal Service options such as First Class, Priority, Parcel Post, and Global Express when available. We may at our discretion use other shippers as well (including FedEx,
DHL, and other freight forwarders).
FREIGHT CHARGES
You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart.
For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight)
you may need to place your order via phone in order for us to custom
quote your shipping charges. All of our shipping prices are actual
shipping costs plus roughly $1 (one US dollar) to cover packaging materials.
SHIPPING ERRORS
Your total shipping costs will be exactly those shown on the shopping
cart web page. If you are not given a shipping quote on the website
(due to being outside the United States or ordering more than 150
pounds of merchandise) than you will be contacted via email or telephone
for a price quote. Regardless of where you receive your shipping
quote, you will be charged that amount for shipping and there will
be no refunds given based on a misunderstanding of shipping. If
you ask for Next Day Air, we will ship Next Day Air and you will
be billed for Next Day Air and cannot claim that you did not know
how expensive it is. This is the same for all shipping methods.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

TIMEFRAME
Wholesale Chess will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within
1 business day (Mon-Fri). If we cannot ship your order within 1
business day we will make a reasonable effort to contact you.
EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS
If you need an expedited shipment please call us immediately and
we will do our best to accommodate you.
INSURANCE
If you select an shipping method that included insurance, Wholesale Chess will ensure your order for the full value
of the contents. Please contact Wholesale
Chess to coordinate efforts and claims against damaged or lost packages. If you select a shipping method that does not include insurance (i.e., US Surface Mail, First Class Mail, Media Mail, Priority Mail, etc.) Wholesale Chess is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. Wholesale Chess will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused
by lost or damaged packages.

PROCESSING ORDERS
If you complete the checkout process on an order we will consider
that you fully intend to proceed with that order. We will process
your order within 1 business day. Please do all of the research
and ask all of the questions you need before you order!
RECEIPT
A receipt will be emailed to you after your order is processed.
We generally do not include paper receipts or packing slips in our orders.
ORDER NOTIFICATION
You will be immediately notified via email or phone if Wholesale Chess cannot, for
any reason, process your order.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Wholesale Chess processes orders as quickly as possible. If you
need to cancel an order please do so immediately via email and phone.
We may or may not be able to cancel your order before it ships.
If your order has already shipped then it may only be returned as subject to our
return policy.
PAYMENT METHODS
Wholesale Chess accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express. Wholesale Chess also accepts PayPal payments and generally accepts money orders and checks
that clear the bank. Wholesale Chess may also decide, at its discretion,
to accept purchase orders from schools and government municipalities, libraries, etc.
