am i allowed to to put links to these mp3/m3u on a web page for background
music ? i would imagine it would put a strain on your resources and i have no

it's not allowed for security reasons, if you do it your account can be compromised easily.

Anyway, you can always upload an mp3 to your web directory and link it from there.
