Am I required to have a custom message printed on the back?
No. If you wish, we can print the tracts with our standard back cover.

Can I place my 10,000 tract custom back cover order online?
Not at this time. Here's why. When you order 10,000 copies of a single title, you are entitled to a 50% discount on the tracts, plus a custom message printed on the back page absolutely free.

You are also entitled to larger discounts on additional stock tract titles that you order to be shipped at the same time as your custom-printed order. Because of the complexity, we really need to talk to you to make sure that you receive all the discounts and benefits that are coming to you. We also need to discuss with you the information you would like printed on your back cover (if desired). Don't worry about the layout, we'll take care of all that.

Is it hard and complicated to get a custom back cover created and printed?
It's really very simple. You'll see.

How many copies do I have to order?
The minimum order is 10,000 copies of a single title. This allows us a long enough press run to cut the price in half and include the custom back cover absolutely free.

Can I order 5,000 copies of one title and 5,000 copies of another title?
We would love to offer this option, but the exorbitant costs of short press runs simply won't allow it. All 10,000 copies must be the same title and the same language.

How much do the 10,000 tracts cost?
The cost for all 10,000 tracts is $800.00, which is a savings of 50% off the single copy price. The custom back cover printing is absolutely FREE. The shipping cost to a USA address is $130.00 per 10,000 tracts. Contact us for international shipping rates per 10,000 tracts.

What can I have printed on the back?
Almost anything you want. Here are some ideas:

• A church name, address, phone number, etc.
• A ministry name, address, phone number, etc.
• Church logos
• Photograph of the pastor, church building, etc.
• Clipart of Bibles, crosses, doves, etc.
• The name and address of a missionary
• Or you can leave the back completely blank so several churches can share them and stamp their own church name on the back.

If you are having the tracts printed for a missionary, it's a good idea to ask them what they would like printed on the back cover.

What colors do I have to choose from?
Your custom back cover will be in two colors... Black, plus the color that is on the front cover of the tract you choose.

Must I do the design work myself?
No. Just send us the information you would like on the back, including any logos or photographs. One of our artists will create a professional looking design for you.

Will I get to see how the back cover will look before the tracts are printed?
Yes. We will either mail, email or fax you a proof copy to show you exactly how the tracts will look when printed. When you see the proof, you can make any changes you would like. We will not print your tracts until you are happy with and approve the back cover design.

How do you ship the tracts?
To USA addresses, we normally ship by UPS Ground. However, three day, second day, and next day delivery are also available. All shipping methods require a street address. Also, someone must be at the address during normal business hours to receive the tracts.

How long does the whole process take?
Custom printed tracts are normally printed and shipped within two weeks. For deliveries to a USA address, add a maximum of seven or eight days for shipping. Delivery time to other countries can vary widely. Call us for a specific time frame concerning the country you want to ship to.

How do I get started?
Just email the information you would like to have printed on your back cover to customtracts@chick.com. If you would like to include a graphic, just save it as a gif or a tif and attach it to the email. We will create a design and email it to you for your review and approval. You will be able to make any changes you like and we will not print your tracts until you approve the final design. Please include the following information:

• The name and address of whoever is purchasing the tracts, and a shipping address (if different).
• Note how many tracts you want to order .
• Which tract(s) and which language(s) you would like.
• Your daytime phone number in case we need to call you.
