I am a chess fan and I like watching top GM games . I am fan of Vishy Anand , Kramnik , Leko , Adams , Topalov , Ivanchuk , Svidler , Harikirshan , Sasikiran etc... Chessgames.com is pretty cool and I guess its the best database for chess !

I have a new blog up and running - http://chess-base.blogspot.com . The main idea is to report Super GM games to readers . Hope you enjoy the blog .

anandrulez: Not quite kaspy was more shaky in the 2000 than he was in 1990's ...check the stats before jotting nonsense stuff . Also Kaspy had some personal issues with his wife divorce etc... it could have affected him - he is a human . ALso note that Kaspy offered draw as white in 12-13 ...

Sep-09-08 Carlsen vs Aronian, 2008 (replies)

anandrulez: Carlsen is simply authentic in this game .. just like Fischer and Kasparov . Cool ! I have not seen many players win 2-0 mini matches in DRR format . Few players who do that are Topalov , Morozevich , Ivanchuk ...now Carlsen is in that list two . To win 2 games against Aronian , ...

Sep-07-08 Bilbao Grand Slam Chess Final (2008) (replies)

anandrulez: 2008 has been very ordinary so far for anand ...and he is at the bottom of the table now . I really think few age related things is catching up with him though he is gifted to play at certain level ....players lke kramnik perform poorly but manage to keep themself at the top of ...

   Jun-05-08 Magnus Carlsen (replies)

anandrulez: Carlsen defly is playing the best chess of the year so far with a TPR of 2800+ ... http://members.aon.at/sfischl/cl200... incredible awesome for a 17 year old ... for anyone for that matter :) i am sure this kid will cross 2800 ..good competition coming from moro and ivanchuk

May-28-08 Bosnia Sarajevo Tournament (2008) (replies)

anandrulez: Moro is a bit like Karpov ..grind opponent with creative attacks..has any one felt so ? He often reachs dead = position but wins due to his superior ideas and piece manuevering...very much like Karpov ...

May-23-08 Anand vs Kasparov, 1995 (replies)

anandrulez: These games speak a lot about Anand's pschological side when he played Kasparov - unlike many other players Anand was never really inferior to Kasparov but his results never stood up .

   May-16-08 M-Tel Masters (2008) (replies)

anandrulez: Interesting thing about Topalov is that , he lost 1 game vs Ivanchuk . He has so far 5 wins and 1 loss out of 8 games played. Incredible fighting player . I am looking for topa and chuky to tie ....

   May-12-08 Anand vs Carlsen, 2006

anandrulez: Anand missed 43 g6 move which was clearly winning...comp says final position is draw so i think magnus flagged vishy in blitz !

Apr-30-08 Baku Grand Prix (2008) (replies)

anandrulez: I thought Carlsen is playing pretty well in this tourney . He is No:2 in standings with 4 points now . Defeating Carlsen would be most difficult thing for Karjakin...who I think is not in best form .
