For those who prefer something other than a camping ground or motel these handy guides will tell you everything you need to know about where to stay in almost any part of New Zealand.

The guide offers accommodation from the ultra luxury to the modern version of the iconic Kiwi bach, flash city apartments, converted shearers’ cottages, bush huts and even a renovated house truck—there’s something for everyone.

Depending on the time of the year places can be rented for as little as $80 a night, although really upmarket accommodation can be quite pricey.
