What is Mr Grabber?
Mr. Grabber is a powerful online tool that enables you to bring over your feedback rating from eBay™, and items from eBay™, Overstock™ Auctions, and Sell.com™. Your reputation is important, transfer your hard earned rating.

How does Mr Grabber work ?
If it is your first transfer, Mr.Grabber will attempt to locate all your active, sold, and/or expired items (depending on the option you selected when you sign up for a transfer) on the auction site that you specified.
If it is not your first transfer, Mr.Grabber will not retransfer any items transferred from previous attempts.
Please note that Mr.Grabber may skip items during a transfer ( please see here for more details ).
Mr.Grabber will do its best to transfer everything including the price, shipping charge, photos, categories, and descriptions of each item. After the transfer is complete, you will receive a message from us to activate all or a portion of your transferred items.
Please note that your items will not become active on iOffer until you explicitly activate them.
The following summarizes the steps to use Mr.Grabber:
- Sign up for a new transfer. ( Click here to sign up now )
- Select items that you want to activate. ( View progress of all your transfers. )
- Click on the activate button. ( The activation process may take up to a few hours depending on how many items you selected to activate )
You may repeat steps 2 & 3 if you want to activate more items from the transfer at a later time.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for all your activated items to be placed into our system and your store.
What do I do if I have problems authenticating?
If after a few tries you still cannot authenticate your account, please contact us and we will assist you in authenticating your auction account.
What sites does Mr Grabber work with?
Mr. Grabber currently supports eBay™, Overstock™ Auctions, and Sell.com™
Is there any danger of double selling an item?
No, simply update your asking price to ’Make Offer‘ and you can decide to accept an offer or not. Then when you receive an offer on an item that sold at an auction you can simply decline the offer. You can also cancel listings at any time on iOffer without any penalties.
Will Mr.Grabber grab the pictures from my listings?
Yes, Mr Grabber will do his best to grab all of the pictures in your listings and create thumbnails for them. Mr Grabber will also grab the complete html description of your items including any image references contained in there. All the images contained in your item descriptions should be visible when viewing your items on iOffer.
Will this affect my auctions or feedback rating?
Absolutely not! Your auctions or feedback rating will not be affected in any way. Mr. Grabber simply lists your current and unsuccessful past auctions in another venue and gives you credit for your user rating on iOffer. More visibility gives your items a better chance of selling.
Is there a fee to utilize Mr Grabber?
Using Mr Grabber is FREE! iOffer has no listing fees only final value fees. You don't pay anything unless your item sells.
**Please note any additional images Mr Grabber finds in your listings are free on iOffer when transferring items (usually a $0.05 charge)
Can I select which imported items to list on iOffer prior to having them active here?
Items transferred will be in your My iOffer selling Item transfers page for you to select which items to edit or commit(activate):

What if my items are on "Vacation" at another site?
If your items are on "Vacation" at the import site please make them active prior to importing as Mr Grabber will not be able to grab inactive listings.
Can I choose what items to transfer to iOffer?
Once your auction account becomes authenticated you will have the option to have Mr Grabber grab certain types of listings. You can choose to grab all your Active, Expired or Sold listings (or all three). Once Mr Grabber transfers your items you will be able to select which individual items you wish to activate in your iOffer account.
If you have thousands of listings, Mr Grabber will grab them all but you can choose to activate only a few on iOffer if you wish.
How come only a part of my items are transferred?
There may be a descrepancy between the number of items transferred and number of actual items on the auction site that Mr.Grabber transferred from. Mr.Grabber will ignore and not transfer an item if:
- it duplicates the title of a previously transferred item.
Mr.Grabber will only transfer items with unique titles. If you have multiple quantity of the same item, simply update the quantity on that item after activating it.
- it is not amongst the items requested to be transferred.
Expired or sold items wil not be transferred if you only requested to transfer active items.
- it has already been grabbed from a previous transfer. Any item that has already been transferred from previous attempts will not be transferred again.
