Turbine let us know that they'll be taking the Lord of the Rings Online servers down for a bit of maintenance:

Lord of the Rings is sitting on the precipice for the release of Mines of Moria. Turbine graciously sent over five screens from Mines of Moria around the Forges of Khazad-dum. Check them out!
Turbine's shared a little insight into an out of the way place in Middle-earth, a place called Rusfold:
Nestled beneath the rocky walls that hide Esteldín, the hidden refuge of the Dúnedain of the North, is a small encampment of Earth-kin called Rusfold.

Turbine's posted a Dev Diary focused on the new Rune Keeper class coming with the paid expansion for Lord of the Rings Online, the Mines of Moria:
"The Minstrel sings words of Power and the Lore-master finds Power from ancient secrets, but there are more paths than these. The Rune-keeper joins the Free Peoples of Middle-earth, adding his unique skills to the fight against the Enemy."
