All products in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours (Business Days)
When you purchase, you will receive 2 emails from ChessCentral. The first will be your order confirmation, the second will be an email telling you that your order was shipped. You may also check under “My Account” for ship date and tracking number if you purchased tracking. We try to keep all products in stock. On the rare occasion a product will take longer than 48 hours to ship we will contact you by email.

Please allow 5-10 business days for U.S. delivery of all products and 7-21 days for most international delivery of software and CDs. If you have a time sensitive package, please use UPS. First Class mail and Priority have no tracking, no insurance, and are not guaranteed to arrive within the expected timeframe.
International delivery of heavy books/products in boxes may take up to 6-8 weeks (surface) depending on the destination country. Many countries have a long delay in their Customs Clearance. We have no control over a shipment after it leaves our facility. If you have a time sensitive package to o be delivered outside the USA, please email us for courier options.

Easy Returns
If you don't want it, we take it back - no questions asked. In other words, satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a ChessCentral purchase, you can return it within 30 days (chess sets within 7 days of delivery) of purchase with a copy of the original invoice and in the original packaging for full purchase price refund. Software, DVDs and CDs must not be opened. Products must not be shop worn, or outdated. If the product is defective we will replace it free. We stand behind our products 100%! Chess Set and Chess Boards
Our sets and boards come from either the House of Staunton or Legacy. Both accept returned items. We will refund all but shipping charges (which range between $18-$30 depending on weight) and have a 10% repacking and restocking fee. This assumes that all returns are received in as-sent condition. Returns of chess boards are accepted, but be advised, that if not returned in mint condition we can not refund your money. Always, if a set or board arrives damaged, we will replace it free or refund your money. Please be sure to keep the shipping packaging.

To order online (shopping cart):
Placing your order with ChessCentral is easy. Just follow these steps to order any of our great products online.
1. Click on any item you'd like to buy. You'll be taken to that item's Product Page. On the Product Page, you'll see a detailed description of that item.
2. Click "Add to Cart" to add that item to your Shopping Cart. If you want to buy more than one item, click Continue Shopping and repeat the first step. In your Shopping Cart you'll see the items you've added along with the total price. At this point you have some options:
If you're changing the Quantity, use the Quantity box and click Recalculate (under the Total Price).
If you're Removing an Item, click the X next to the Item and click Recalculate.
3. Click "Proceed to Checkout" when you're ready to place your order. You'll be taken to the Shipping Page to enter your billing and shipping addresses and credit card payment information.
4. Click "Place Order" for the last step. You will receive our Thank You page with your order and a confirmation e-mail for your records.
