Orders can be cancelled with full refund if the item has not been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched - you must then contact us for a return number and then return at your own cost.
If an item is returned to us after the customer failed to collect item from Royal Mail after a failed delivery attempt, customer will pay for re-delivery at Royal Mail rates.
If an item is returned that is believed by the customer to be faulty and is in fact in perfect working order, customer will pay for re-delivery at Royal Mail rates.
If the customer wishes to collect the item from us, only Cash On Collection is accepted. this is because Paypal do not support Collections.
Full refund only applies to items sent back in their original condition.
