If all chess stores were equal, pricematching would be offered. Since they aren't we are happy to post and promote the realistic pricing as shown.

Generally prices are as posted. But we work to keep prices low and realize you want to save money!! That's why we price competitively and from time to time email coupons to our members.

Buy from a reliable chess company that answers your phone calls, goes out of the way to resolve the rare problem, and is routinely helpful. So it's important to be more than a price and a website. Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Only if you live in Washington will we charge 8.4% sales tax. All other states and countries are exempt from sales tax at ChessHouse.com
I have a question on my charges.
  Click "My Account" to review your orders and account info. You might find a quick answer to questions about your recent orders. If you have further questions, use the easy Contact form to email or phone a helpful representative.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits are usually processed each Monday. Generally the credit will be returned to the original credit card used, and will appear on your card 1-2 days after the credit is processed. For PayPal, checks, or money orders, credits are given in the applicable manner and are also processed on Mondays.

Store credits maybe provided as an alternative. Store credits aren't usually given unless requested. A Store credit can be used towards your next purchase
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card is charged then part or all of your order is shipped. The card is authorized when you actually make the order online or by phone. But the card is actually charged (payment finalized) when the products are shipped.
