Can I use Google Checkout?
 

We do not currently support Google Checkout. We did for a short time, and while we found it to be a small convenience for customers, it created nightmares for accounting and management of orders.

For one, Google Checkout's shipping options are very limited and you can easily be confused by what GC offers and what Chess House offers for shipping.

Also, making changes to your orders is next to impossible. Until the GC system is improved, we cannot continue offering GC as a purchasing option on chesshouse.com

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
 
Purchase Orders are accepted from US business, schools, libraries, hotels and other similar organizations. If you are located outside the US, the PO must be paid prior to shipping.
 
To place an order using a purchase order, call us or enter your order online and choose "Purchase Order" as the payment option. If you don't have a PO number yet, type "pending" and use the provided order confirmation to help your purchasing department generate the PO.
 
Any purchase orders submitted to Chess House must include accurate contact information, billing address, shipping address, and authorized signature(s). We verify the details before shipping.
 
Typically approved PO's are processed within 24-48 hours.
