Hi,
Just a note to say that whoever is in charge of your web site has done a very nice job! I'm from Colorado originally but now live in New Zealand. Going through checkout was a snap since the shipping prices were available instantly. Surprising but this isn't usually the case with companies that ship internationally. Knowing the shipping prices also inabled me to work out how much I could order and stay within my budget. As a result I was able to buy 3 chess sets instead of the 2 I had originally intended (I've got a lot of kids).
Thanks for making it so easy and having affordable prices. I look forward to getting the sets.

We are exceptionally happy with Chess House. We are a military family stationed in Japan, your site has made it very easy and convenient for us to get our sons chess supplies for his school chess club. It also doesn't hurt that your shipping is very fast. I ordered his chess set on a Thurs. and had it here for him to use for his club on Wed.

My order arrived, well packaged and safe and sound. I did want to mention that one item was not exactly as described. The Web site description for E150 House of Stanton Plastic Collector, 2 7/8in. Red-Ivory pieces says, A quality corduroy drawstring bag is included. A bag was not included with my pieces. I’m otherwise very pleased with the things I’ve ordered. Thanks for the easy-to-navigate site and the speedy handling of my order. I’ve always had great service from Chess House.
