Why does my key not work?

If your key is not working, it is probably because your Owner Name on your phone does not match the name on the registration email. The key is case insensitive, but must still match, for example John Q Smith is the same as john q smith but not john smith. If necessary email me for a new key.

The Registered To Field is Blank. Why?

You must set your Owner name. Do this by first exiting the game and hitting Home, Programs, Settings, More, Owner Information. Enter your Name in the Owner field, and start up the game. Now it will have your name in the "Registered To:" field.
