Where to Find Your Customer Number
Your customer number appears on your CHEST journal mailing label.
Your customer number that you will use to log into the password-protected areas of the journal Web site and create your own user name and password is your member number, or, for subscribers, your subscriber number. Members can find their member numbers on their ACCP ID cards. Or, members or non-member subscribers can find their numbers printed on their CHEST journal plastic mailing bags, as is shown:
DO NOT USE THE LETTER THAT PRECEDES YOUR NUMBER.
If you do not have a an ID card or a copy of CHEST available so that you can check your plastic mailing bag, please contact American College of Chest Physicians to find out your member or subscriber number:
