Fun Stuff

Trivia:
The movie's poster carried the tagline, "It's Pure Gould" underneath a drawing of naked Elliott Gould trapped in a Coca-Cola bottle, his hands crossed over his genitals, with the title "move" and the subheading "has a lot to give" in lower case letters at the right hand top of the poster, near the neck of the bottle. more

I have a vague memory of this film, 28 November 2000

I recall seeing "Move" on the Fox Movie Channel (FXM) one time a few years ago . Elliot Gould plays a hack writer of cheap porno novels who is suffering writers block while at the same time he is moving from his old apartment. He also gets a job walking dogs for socialites in NYC. Curiously unmoving and not very funny if I remember correctly. It has never been available on video though so I guess it deserves it's obscure status. Watch The Long Goodbye or Mash for vintage 70's Gould instead.
