Storyline

It's September second, Little Lulu's birthday. She leaves hints to remind Mandy, the housekeeper, of her expectations for her birthday party. Mandy is hard at work on Lulu's party, but does not want Lulu to know. Lulu becomes more curious as Mandy becomes more secretive. Lulu's attempts to spy on Mandy's party plans backfire when her birthday cake is destroyed. Lulu's party is canceled, and she fantasizes about a dream party in a candy land. Written by Melissa
