Kate Hudson Trying to Stay Single as Long as Possible

Kate Hudson may be "a hot ticket" in the dating world, according to her good friend, designer Stella McCartney, but the actress says she's in no rush to jump into a relationship. "I'm actually enjoying being single right now because I really never have been," Hudson – who's dated Lance Armstrong and Owen Wilson – tells InStyle magazine for its December issue. "I feel good in relationships," says the 29-year-old actress. "I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I'm in something solid. Conservatorship Sought for Peter Falk

Just one more thing...Peter Falk's daughter is pulling a Jamie Spears. Catherine Falk has filed legal papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court seeking a conservatorship over her Oscar-nominated father, claiming he suffers from both Alzheimer's and dementia and has become unable to care for himself. According to court documents, the younger Falk claims the 81-year-old acting legend and erstwhile Columbo "requires full-time custodial care for his health and safety" and is no longer able to protect himself against "fraud or undue influence." Falk further asserted that her father can neither "recognize his physical needs" nor "communicate those needs to others who can meet...

Though many details about Jay Leno's new prime-time talk show remain fuzzy, one thing is clear: Leno won't be making an appearance David Letterman's show anytime soon.
Letterman hinted to Rolling Stone in September that he'd perhaps like to have Leno on his show the first night that NBC's late-night king was out of a job. But Leno tells the New York Times he will not be making a trip to New York on June 1 out of respect for his Tonight Show replacement, Conan O'Brien.
