The Will to Win the War

E-mail Print PDF

Determine to win the war you are in. You may be in a financial war. You may be in a health war. You may be in a war to secure a relationship. Whatever war you find yourself in, be sure you have the will to win that war. Without firm determination not to lose, the war may be lost.

Douglas MacArthur was a military general and is an example of determination in winning a war. He graduated from West Point with the highest honors in his class. MacArthur was brilliant and yet controversial. His ambition and lust for achievement was evident through World War I, World War II and the Korean War. Although he was relieved of his command by President Harry S. Truman, MacArthur remains a symbol of dedication to duty, honor and country.  MacArthur once said, "It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win."

What war do you find yourself in today? Have you mustered the will to win that war? Go ahead and let your ambition to win rise. Now go and secure the victory and win the war!
