We welcome you to Redding News Review, operated by (RCI) Redding Communications, Inc. We ask that you review these terms and conditions, which are intended to constitute a binding license agreement that conditions your use of this site ("agreement"). We have tried to avoid unnecessary legal verbiage and hope that you understand that we are simply trying to protect our rights in order to provide you with access to the free content available at this site. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement after you have read it, please leave the site. If you remain at this site, or return thereafter, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Redding News Review provides links to other sites. We are not responsible for those other sites, their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users, and we advise you to check their privacy policies. News tips and photos.  By submitting any content to Redding News Review, including photographs, you automatically grant Redding News Review a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), license to use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, create derivative works of, distribute, transfer or sell any such content, for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without any payment to you, in any type of media or in any form now known or later developed. In addition, you automatically waive and give up any claim that any use of such content violates any of your rights, including privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights or any other right, including the right to approve the way Redding News Review uses such content.

3. Limited license/ copyright and intellectual property law restrictions. Except for public domain material, intellectual property laws, including U.S. Copyright laws, protect the content on Redding News Review. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use the material at this site ("content") while connected to this site (including, where available, to email individual stories to friends directly from this site). 5. Modifications/ termination. Redding News Review employees are not authorized to vary the terms of this agreement. We retain the right, at our discretion, to change any of these policies in the future. Our current procedures will always be disclosed on this page.

6. Jurisdiction. Redding News Review is hosted on a server located in Georgia and is intended to be viewed by residents of English speaking areas. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this site, you agree that the exclusive venue for litigating disputes shall be in state or federal court in Fulton County, Georgia.

Your privacy & rights

1. Responsible conduct. You agree to act responsibly at Redding News Review and to treat other visitors with respect.

2. Discussion board. Although we do not have any obligation to monitor this board, we reserve the right at all times to check this board and to remove any information or materials that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion and to disclose any information necessary to satisfy the law, regulation, or government request. We also reserve the right to permanently block any user who violates these terms and conditions.

3. What we know about you. Other than what kind of browser you're using, we know practically nothing about you. We have no way of knowing any vital information about you -- not even your name.

4. Cookies. Redding News Review does not uses cookies to track user activity.

5. Third-party distribution. We do not distribute information about your site usage to any third party. It is simply for internal use.

6. Future plans. At this time, we do not store personalized data about you, but we may do so in the future. You would be asked for your information if you wish, and you would have the option to view the site without submitting this information.
