Diary Cards

Diary cards can be an effective way to learn about yourself. You use the card to track your urges, moods, how you did or did not use DBT Skills, your feelings and whatever else is helpful to you. You bring these cards with you to your DBT therapist every week to help you look for behavior patterns and triggers that occur in your life. Such information is invaluable to help you to help yourself live a life worth living.

Here are examples of diary cards that you can print, download, and/or customize for yourself. Your DBT Therapist will help you with this.
