Some Success!

I have recently received reports of some advanced (or Stage Four) DBT groups that are not entirely peer-led, but they do address the issue of maintaining an ongoing connection to DBT. The groups are highly structured and directed by a medical facility and supported by DBT therapists in some capacity.

The most successful of those groups are “The Day After DBT” group sponsored by NAMI in New York. Read more by clicking here.
