After ten years practicing law seemed quite enough, Dorien Kelly returned to her first love: writing. Her first novel was published by Harlequin Books in 2002. Since then, she has published over a dozen more novels and novellas with Harlequin and Pocket Books. Recipient of the Romance Writers of America's Golden Heart award and finalist for their coveted RITA award, Dorien lives in Michigan with dogs, children and various other forms of insanity.
