How does this work?
Clicking the “Test drive now” button launches a copy of this app on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), a web service that provides on-demand compute capacity in the cloud for developers. When you interact with the simulated phone using your mouse and keyboard, we send those inputs over the Internet to the app running on Amazon EC2 — just like your mobile device would send a finger tap to the app. Our servers then send the video and audio output from the app back to your computer. All this happens in real time, allowing you to explore the features of the app as if it were running on your mobile device.

I normally don't do reviews but this app deserves it! This app is well worth the $.99. It works great on my Kindle Fire! I love that I can customize each set of flashcards including the color. There is also a timer option. My son is actually enjoying practicing his math facts and trying to beat the timer.

Addition: I downloaded the newer version and it has so many great features. If you are looking for an app that will allow your child to focus on the mastery of one number (either addition or subtraction), this is perfect!Old review: I downloaded this for my 8 year old son to use to perfect his addition and subtraction tables. At school they require that kids can efficiently and accurately perform a certain number of problems in one minute. I found this app somewhat helpful in trying to achieve this goal. It is engaging, clear and he loves learning on it! As a positive, there is the ability to do timed tests! This allows for fantastic practice opportunities. As a negative, you can decide between addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. However, there is no way to decide on a specific number. For example, if you wanted only +5 problems, it is not possible to define the problems this specifically. It is possible to identify additional problems from a 0 to 5 range, however.

This one of the easiest ways to help your young pre-schooler to get up to speed with math skills. My 4 1/2 year old grand daughter got math instantly using this fun game/math tool. We played it together and with each right answer I gave her a penny for a right answer for her piggy bank and by the end of the week she had it and figured out math for kids levels. We brought her back to school after the break and her teachers were blown away at her progress over the summer. Thank You CardDroid Math Tutor! Steve Baz
