Frequently Asked Questions

Why is Amazon.com is recommending certain items?

The recommendations are based based on the items you've purchased, items you've told us you own, items you viewed while browsing our site, items you've liked, and items you've rated.

Why can't I submit a customer review?

Before you can post a review, you're required to have an Amazon.com account that you've used for at least one purchase of a physical or digital item for which you've been charged at least $0.01. Free digital downloads don't qualify. You don't need to have purchased the product you're reviewing. There's a 48-hour waiting period after your first physical order has been completely shipped, or your digital item has been purchased, before you'll be able to submit your review. If you've purchased a digital gift for someone else, the 48-hour waiting period doesn't begin until the gift has been redeemed..

How can I stop receiving e-mail notifications?

You can visit the E-mail Preferences & Notifications to stop receiving all Amazon.com marketing communications (except transactional e-mails, subscription emails and email about programs you are enrolled in). To manage your AmazonLocal and Amazon Delivers subscriptions, please visit the AmazonLocal and Amazon Delivers E-mail Subscriptions section of Your Account.
