Please take a few moments to register as a ServSafe.com user. Your User ID and password are important, because they validate who you are when you visit the site, and allow you to access many valuable features of ServSafe.com.

If your company has credit terms with the National Restaurant Association or is a tax-exempt entity, please click the links below for important information before completing your profile.

Existing Customer

To assure accurate invoicing for customers who have credit terms and have previously ordered from us, before placing any online orders please email the National Restaurant Association Service Center at servicecenter@restaurant.org, or phone us at (800) 765-2122, ext 6703. In Chicagoland (312) 715-1010, ext. 6703. We will update your current record and establish a Web User ID and Password for your account.

Tax-exempt entity

After completing your profile, please fax your tax exemption certificate to (312) 583-9707 Attn: Tax Department

We will then record your Tax Exemption Certificate so that your orders are not charged state sales tax for all states where you are exempt. Orders placed by individuals cannot be exempted; the order must be for the entity named on the certificate. Orders shipped to states where you are not exempt will be charged applicable sales tax.
