To obtain initial access rights including a USER ID and PASSWORD for any of these programs:

You must register as an instructor or proctor. A USER ID and PASSWORD will be sent to you as part of the registration process. Information on registering is available by selecting a program name above.

ORGANIZATIONS: To gain access rights for representatives from an organization sponsoring a class, you must receive authorization from your National Restaurant Association national or regional account representative and you must receive authorization from your organization. For assistance in obtaining authorization, please contact your regional or national account manager, or please email servicecenter@restaurant.org.

TROUBLE LOGGING IN?

IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD: A password will be given to you for your initial login. After your initial login, you will be asked to change your password and create a secret question and answer. If you forget your password, click on "I Forgot My Password" in the login box and you will be prompted to answer your secret question. Your password will be sent to your email address.

IF YOU FORGOT YOUR USER ID OR NEED ADDITONAL LOG IN HELP: Submit an email to servicecenter@restaurant.org. with a subject line "Class and Exam Login Help" and include: Your name, your phone number, User ID(if known), Password (if known) and an explanation of what you need help with (i.e. Forgot User ID, any specific information about what occurs when you try to log in,etc).
