Mayim Bialik, who announced her split with husband Michael Stone last week after nine years of marriage, has filed for divorce and seeks joint legal and physical custody of their two children. Court documents filed in Los Angeles on Dec. 21 do not list a date of separation for the couple, who are parents to sons Miles, 7, and Fred, 4. Los Angeles — Attorneys for Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have settled court issues that arose after a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress' home.
The fisticuffs involved Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries.
Aubry obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez. The model and Berry have been battling over custody of their 4-year-old daughter for months and have appeared twice in a family law court since the fight.
Blair Berk, an attorney for Berry, and Shawn Holley, who represents Aubry, released a statement after Thursday's hearing that said the two sides had reached an amicable agreement.
No details were released, and the attorneys declined to answer questions. »

This is the second child for the actress, 27, and her attorney husband Michael Mosberg. Jemima gave birth to her first child, daughter Rafaella, just six weeks before filming Girls' first season.

As part of World AIDS Day, DJ Tiësto and other dance music headliners will be performing from the Stereosonic Music Festival in Melbourne, Australia on December 1.
Many of the festival performers have made their tracks available in a Dance (Red) Save Lives compilation, with all proceeds benefitting the Global Fund.
World AIDS Day, held annually to raise awareness for AIDS research and also the millions of lives affected by the epidemic, has a new mission: “Getting to Zero” by 2015.
