E-Status Case Information

The Ontario Municipal Board has implemented an online Internet function to give you access to a list of cases before the Board for each municipality in the Province along with the status of the case. When you identify a specific case of interest from the listing, information about scheduled hearings, as well as information on Decisions and Orders that have been issued by the Board on that case will be displayed.

Information provided on this site is based on information residing in the Board's computer system. The Board will endeavour to have information current to three business days, however at certain points in the process the time delay may be longer. This system is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours per day. However, this information may not be available at times due to maintenance, upgrades, or network interruptions.

Note: this service provides details on cases received by the Board since November 8, 2002.
