Justin started his career in finance with Ford Credit Plc in the UK before moving into a number of senior management positions in the Automotive Industry both in England and the Middle East. In 2012 he set up ‘Gulf Consultancy’ offering deliverable online foreign exchange to corporate clients in the UAE; this being the foundation of what has become ’Menatrex’ today.

After graduating from Arizona State University, in Phoenix, Arizona, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Luqman started working for the 5th largest commercial bank in the US. He worked his way up from being a Personal Banker to an Assistant Manager, then a Licensed Financial Specialist before being promoted to the role of Business Relationship Manager.

Having relocated to Dubai he has embarked on a new journey with Menatrex. “I look forward to understanding our clients’ businesses and their business processes to assess how Menatrex can help them save on every international payment they need to remit.”

John Paul has extensive experience in the field of deliverable foreign exchange and payments. He began his career in foreign exchange 10 years ago and during that period has developed the complete skill set required to head a desk at a successful brokerage.

He carried out his training at a mid-size brokerage concentrating on the private client market before moving onto help progress one of the market leading companies dealing with corporate clients.

Along with 3 partners, he developed the corporate dealing desk employing junior brokers and today manages a foreign exchange turnover of almost 5 Billion GBP.

Kevin Mohan

Kevin began his career in foreign exchange in 2004. His initial role was to develop the brand and work alongside globally established companies with his former employer.

He worked his way up and soon had a team of brokers working for him on performances, targets and strategies whilst he kept a close eye on client care and retention.

He was approached by VFX in 2009 to head up a team and was directly responsible for selling the platform and its functionality to corporate businesses to cover all aspects of their FX requirements.

As one of the 3 partners, Kevin successfully runs a team of 7 whom handle over 2,000 corporate accounts.

Martin has been working in the Financial Markets since the late 1980’s. Before joining VFX, he was the Chief Dealer at a Merchant Bank in London where he worked for over 20 years. He dealt in all aspects of trading, from Foreign Exchange and FX Derivatives to Securities and Money Market.

Martin was approached by VFX in 2009 and the decision to join an excellent FX company with a terrific online platform was a simple and exciting one.

He now co-heads a team of dealers who manage nearly 2,000 client accounts with an annual turnover approaching GBP 5 billion. 

The move to VFX has proved to be both exciting and fulfilling for this experienced family man.

George Mushahwar is the Managing Partner of Zaya Advisory. Previously, Mr. Mushahwar has acted as Secretary General of Dubai International Financial Centre, Acting CEO of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise and Chief Operating Officer of TECOM Investments. Mr. Mushahwar has also served on the Boards of Tunisie Telecom, Interoute, Axiom, Emirates International Telecommunications and DIFC Investments.

Umair Nizami

Umair Nizami is the CEO of Nur Capital, a private equity firm based in Dubai. Previously he was the CEO of Dubai Wing, the investment arm of a member of Dubai’s Royal family. Mr. Nizami has held various senior management positions, advisory roles, and Board positions within Dubai government-related entities. He was also associated with multi nationals including Ernst & Young and Citibank in the early years of his career.
