New South Wales Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing, an agency of the New South Wales Government, is a division within the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services responsible for the development, implementation and integrity of the overall regulatory framework across alcohol, licensed clubs, charitable fundraising and gambling activities in New South Wales.[1]

The agency reports to the Minister for Tourism, Major Events, Hospitality and Racing, presently the Hon. Troy Grant MP, who is also Minister for the Arts.
