Student Travel Bursary Application Form
Please note that students between the ages of 17 - 30 who are currently enrolled in Grade 12, college, and university, who reside in
British Columbia, outside of the Lower Mainland and Victoria are eligible to apply.
The Fraser Institute will be offering two seminars in Vancouver. The first is on October 25, 2014, and the second is on January 31, 2015.
Please note that you may only receive one travel bursary per academic school year. Indicate in the “Applying” field your bursary preference.

Program guidelines:
- The travel bursary program is open to students between the ages of 17 - 30 who are currently enrolled in Grade 12, college, and university, who reside in British Columbia, outside of the Lower Mainland and Victoria.
- Application deadline for fall and winter travel bursary is Monday, September 22, 2014 (5:00 pm PST).
- All applicants that apply for the fall and winter travel bursary will be notified by Friday, October 3, 2014.
- Students will be selected by Fraser Institute staff.
- Student participants must commit to attend all aspects of the student seminar and travel program, including meals.
- Student participants must write a brief summary about their experience following the event.
- Failure to fulfill any of the program requirements will result in disqualification from the program, and invoicing for the cost of the travel bursary.
- The approximate value of this travel bursary is $1,200.
