Tips for traveling

  • Try to make reservations by phone or online before showing up at a terminal or agency counter to avoid any crowds or waits.
  • Have identification ready and arrive at least an hour early for your reservation.
  • Try to utilize stand-by status. Some customers are canceling vacation reservations, which is freeing up seats.
  • Wait a few days, if possible, before trying to travel.
