What the author has done, written in detail the story of the people and the structures they created, to make us believe colossal environmental destruction of the entire planet was upon us, took a great deal of courage. Much of the information in this volume is not new to many of us but Tim Ball has put it together in incremental stages that shows how a supposed human caused calamity has been used by these power brokers to dupe citizens of the world.
I am not a climatologist but I have studied some science and I do read on all sides of the political spectrum. I also have common sense, and my understanding of creation of the worlds' mountains, seas, lakes, ice fields teaches that climate continually changes and over millennia leaves us with a world different than it was 2000 + years ago. Mother Nature does what She does is the way I look at climate and the weather patterns that inform it. This book describes a monumental deception that places blame on natural occurrences and demonstrates the human need to control their world. Read it, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing array of arguments and facts which demolish the global warming/climate change orthodoxy. Book needs a good editor because too much repetition. Nevertheless, a compelling read because obviously written by a knowledgeable scientist in the white-heat of rage at the hypocrisy of so many of his colleagues. Highly recommend to anyone interested in the subject...

I'm glad Dr. Ball finally wrote this book. He has been an outspoken realist about climate change for many years. He has the credentials for speaking out, having lectured on the subject at the University of Winnipeg for quite a few years. His style is clear and direct and he is to be commended for exposing the corruption of climate science. It always surprises me that respected Canadian scientists are never seen or heard on the CBC and other TV News channels, while unqualified characters like Al Gore and David Suzuki are taken seriously on the subject. We have many excellent qualified professors and scientists on this and related subjects of whom we can be very proud, but the media do not seem to be aware of them. I think of Steve McIntyre and Ross McKitrick who debunked the Mann-made hockey stick, as well as Ian Clark and Tim Patterson of Ottawa and Brian Pratt of the University of Saskatchewan who should all be heard to give the other side of the alarmist debate. But that's Canada as we have come to know it. Let's hope that this book will find a wide and appreciative audience.

Author Tim Ball, PhD, climatologist, reveals the world wide deception and scientific corruption involved in achieving the global warming/climate change environmental panic that has lead to massive uneconomic expenditures and unreliable and costly energy supplies. Readers will learn how a Canadian with a high school education and a history of failed and environmentally damaging private sector ventures in the US and Canada, but a penchant for managing pseudo-government bureaucracies skillfully orchestrated a campaign by a cabal of powerful people emanating from the Club of Rome. This same individual publicly stated his goal: “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring it about?”

Dr. Ball shows how the World was manipulated through the UN bureaucracy in accepting a perplexing new definition for climate change: “A change of climate which is attributable directly or indirectly to human activity that alters the composition of the global atmosphere and which is in addition to natural climate variability over considerable time periods.” The definition makes a clear human signal mandatory, but that is impossible unless the amount and cause of natural change is known.

Computer modeling was used extensively to erroneously forecast future scenarios with different levels of human produced CO2, a minor green house gas. Dr. Ball explains in a non-complex fashion why these simulations were completely useless and meaningless. However; the forecasts released to the media achieved the cabal’s goal in alarming the public. He also explores the deficiencies in the meteorological records and how they were manipulated by the cabal to support their goal.Read more ›
