Web Accessibility for People with Disabilities

The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (“BBNA”) are committed to making their Web content accessible to people with disabilities. BBNA has devoted significant resources to improving accessibility. With some exceptions, BBNA’s products are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.

To assist Federal procurement officials and other BNA customers to evaluate the accessibility of BNA products, BNA has prepared a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), which details the accessibility of our products, excluding the Bloomberg Law product. For the Bloomberg Law product, please use the Bloomberg Law Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). Our company-wide effort to make all of our products fully compliant is ongoing, and the VPAT will be updated to reflect any changes. In general, we have reviewed and tested our products, and they are usable with assistive technology, and support or support with exceptions the criteria listed in the VPAT. In the rare event that a particular feature is not accessible, we encourage customers to contact Customer Relations for assistance.

Further information on Section 508 and accessibility can be found at http://www.access-board.gov/508.htm and http://www.section508.gov.
