Vice President of External Affairs Coley Jackson joined CEI in 2013.

Prior to his work at the Institute, Jackson directed the development team at Americans for Prosperity as well as work at the Mercatus Center and National Rifle Association.

For 20 years, Coley has also run a consulting group for nonprofits at the state level.

Coley is a Nashville, Tennessee native and received his Bachelors in Aerospace and Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
