Ryan Lynch manages CEI's Web and IT departments, maintaining and developing CEI's web properties, while doing the same for CEI's internal hardware and software needs. He also serves as network administrator.

He earned his B.S. from Winona State University in Communication Arts and Literature in 2004. After graduating, he worked as a high school English teacher and a special education teacher's assistant. A long time lover of technology and tinkering, he made the career change into IT in 2008.

He is also, like most IT guys, a video game enthusiast and, unlike most IT guys, an amateur author.
