Access to the Windsor Road Viaduct to Cudgegong Road construction zone will be from:
- Cudgegong Road
- Terry Road
- Schofields Road.

Work at the construction zone includes constructing embankments, viaducts and bridges. This site extends from the end of the skytrain viaduct near Windsor Road to Cudgegong Road.
