Long-standing Service Award
The Long-standing Service Award program recognizes municipally elected officials with 25 or more years of service
Criteria
Nominee:- must have 25 years or 50 years of service as a municipal elected official,
- must be a current member of council during the year of nomination,
- may have served in more than one municipality or have a break in service (not necessarily consecutive service).
How to submit a nomination
Step 1
Download the nomination form.
Step 2
Complete and sign the form.
Step 3
Send the form to your nearest Municipal Services Office.
Please allow 45 days to process a request.
