Does Fox News Believe Being Right SucksLong before it became apparent that Fox News was leaning ever leftward, Fox was raking in millions through a television show, “The Simpsons”, which it owned outright.

It was Fox—and not the Walt Disney Company who owned “The Simpsons” back in 2016 when the show responded to Donald Trump’s victory with three vulgar words: “Being right sucks.”

It wasn’t until March 19,  2019 that Fox sold the trolling television show to Disney, purportedly to concentrate fully on delivery of the daily news.

As far back as 2000, the show predicted a Donald Trump presidency, making it clear that the outlook was not going to be bright.

Here’s where the show is promoting almost 20 years later:

“The creators of television show “The Simpsons” are trolling President Trump yet again. And this time, a bunch of Democratic lawmakers are along for the ride with a parody of the song “America” from “West Side Story.” (CNN, Aug. 22, 2019)

“In a clip titled the “West Wing Story” posted on the show’s social media account this week, the President starts by complaining about his many problems and the need for a distraction. Then he grabs a group photo of Democratic congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib—and breaks into song.

“They shouldn’t be in America
No one but me in America

No taxes for me in America
This is my natural hair-ica,”
Trump sings.

The lawmakers fire back

The women referred to as the Squad then step out of the photo and chase him through the White House as they sing along.

“We are more American than your wife
... You’re Boris Johnson without the class
Can’t wait to see you behind prison glass
Your nose is right up Putin’s a**
We say it’s time to impeach you fast,”
they croon.

The lawmakers eventually chase Trump outdoors, where the 2020 Democratic candidates are dancing. He joins in and tries to keep up with them.

“Can’t be the first one to lose my breath,” a panting Trump sings before tumbling down on the grass.

A grinning Joe Biden peers at Trump. “Who’s an old man now?” he asks.

Millions of American patriots join the president in his battle against the so-called ‘Squad’, but you won’t see that anywhere on either Fox News or on “The Simpsons”.

Squalid Squad members take their publicity from whatever source they can, the more propaganda spreading, the better.

“In her first in-depth interview since her planned visit with Omar to the Palestinian territories was cancelled, Tlaib said Trump was attacking women of color for a reason. (The Guardian, Aug. 24, 2019)

“It’s been very clear to me, especially this last week, that he’s scared of us,” Tlaib said. “He’s afraid of women of color … because we’re not afraid of him and we’re not afraid to speak up and say that we have a white supremacist in the White House who has a hate agenda.

“He’s afraid because we have a real agenda for the American people.”

Meanwhile, the mainstream and social media, along with naive members of the public at large are buying into the theory that Fox News is only turning left because the Liberal Murdoch family are in control.

But “Being right sucks” was put into play by Fox long before their network’s present shift to the left.

Meanwhile don’t count on a return by Fox News to the right any time soon, because down at heart Fox believes “Being right sucks”.
