We always aim to please our customers and ship within a few days of receiving an order for most items including chess sets, computers, and other stock items. 

However, in the case of the Limited Edition and custom Camel bone carved chess sets delivery can be delayed by up to 28 days or more from date of order depending on the work-load of our artisans. 

Most standard color camel bone sets (as shown in our pictures) are available from stock in the US but to avoid disappointment please email or call 1- 866 62 CHESS.

Our orders are now shipped by UPS or USPS, so you have a wide choice as to what delivery service you would like. The rule of thumb is that if the item is less than 3 pounds in weight select USPS or for overseas shipping. Heavier items shipped within the US select UPS Ground.

If you choose UPS please specify whether the delivery address is a commercial address or residential. 

You will receive a tracking reference directly from UPS or USPS when we ship and you will therefore be able to trace the delivery through their systems allowing for you to plan for collection.
