Product Description:

np[X] is a perl plugin to the X-Chat Aqua IRC client that allows you to interact with iTunes. It has several preferences you can set within the script and many features. Kudos for information gathered from scripts by Juan Rojas(j4rg0n), Nick Jenkin, Zirias, and DMS. Thanks guys. This plugin is open source, released under the latest GNU GPL license.

/stop - Stops iTunes
/pause - Pauses in iTunes
/next - Next track in iTunes
/back - Previous track in itunes
/random - Play random song in iTunes
/repeat - Repeat in iTunes, Ex: /repeat
/shuffle - Turns shuffle on / of, Ex: /shuffle
/reshuffle - Reshuffles playlist
/replay - Replay current song (start from beginning)
/g2s or /goto - Go to song, Ex: /g2s (/goto) songname
/g2a - Go to arist, Ex: /g2p artistname
/g2p - Go to playlist, Ex: /g2p listname

I had a bit of a problem updating to the latest X-Chat Aqua (0.15.2) and got this message: "Error in timer callback Undefined subroutine &Xchat::EmbedPlugins::nowplaying_2epl::auto_announce called."

I just removed all my old plugins and reinstalled them from the X-Chat Aqua disk image and that fixed all of my Applescript errors.

This is a GREAT script, i'm thrilled that it works so well and is so easy to customize. The documentation for altering a lot of the settings could be more extensive, but I got the hang of it just sifting thru the code in a text editor.
